At The Windmills Beach House is a newly renovated, fully contained home featuring
*Open plan living (kitchen, lounge & dining) with all kitchen facilities, reverse cycle air conditioning, TV, DVD player, games, books & magazines;
*3 bedrooms:
- Master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite (shower and toilet facilities),
- Second bedroom with queen bed, and
- Third bedroom with single bunk beds and trundle bed (sleeping 3 children).
*Family bathroom (including walk-in shower); Separate toilet;
*Laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities;
*Sheltered backyard with large grassy area;
*Front deck and semi-enclosed carport.

Sleeps up to 4 adults and 3 children.

Corporate and longer stays welcome.


Directions: From the Post Office, continue north along Dempster St, through one roundabout & past the Esp. Visitor Centre, then next turn left onto Brazier St and first turn right onto Windich St. The house is located on the right hand side at number 12. Look for the windmills!

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
An administration fee of $50 will be charged for any variation or cancellation to your Booking.

If you have paid more than the deposit and cancel your Booking you will be refunded in accordance to the notice given:
More than 30 days notice: Full refund less applicable third party fees.
8 – 30 days notice: Full refund less deposit ATWBH administration fee and applicable third party fees.
0 – 7 days notice: No refund.
For school holidays and long weekends bookings the following applies:
0 – 14 days notice: No refund.
The Visitor Centre’s cancellation fee is $22.

Minimum Nights Stay Policy: ATWBH has a minimum nights stay policy of 3 nights except for the following periods:
3 nights for Easter - including Friday Saturday and Sunday nights.
6 nights for December-January school holidays. A shorter stay to fill any gaps between bookings may be granted at owners discretion.
No refund will be made for a variation to the extent that it breaches our minimum nights stay policy.

A security deposit between $300 and $500 will be required and due for payment one week prior to arrival. Details shall be emailed to you prior to this date.
