Directions
From the Esperance post office, follow Dempster street going north towards Norseman Road, then turn right into Goldfields Road, number 17 will be on the left hand side.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled over 30 nights before arrival date no fee. Less than 30 nights only 50% will be refunded. Less than 7 days no refund. Please note the owner will request a $300 bond and $220 cleaning fee (on top of the total accommodation booking price) to be paid directly to them - they will send you the details. If bringing infants, please bring your own cot(s). Please do not book dates more than 12 months in advance - booking requests later than one year ahead will be cancelled.
