Wander Out Yonder with Fi Wilkie

Fi’s vibrant works celebrate the beauty of nature, community, and storytelling. Inspired by her travels across WA—and her 2023 residency at the Cannery—this exhibition brings to life everything from the wild Banksia of Esperance to the lazy kangaroos of Lucky Bay.

Her piece Drinking in the Sunshine - Banksia speciosa captures the chaos and delight of New Holland Honeyeaters in bloom, a memory from Fi’s unforgettable walks through Esperance’s flowering banksia forests.

Don’t miss this chance to see the world through Fi’s eyes—layered, thoughtful, and full of colour. Wander Out Yonder runs until 30 March 2025, artworks for sale and Fi will also be offering a series of community workshops in collage and sculpture!
